The Arteverk Trade Program
Arteverk's trade program is built for the way designers actually work — to a client brief, to a room, and to a deadline. We are a family of third-generation weavers and curators, so a trade partnership with us is a partnership with the people who commission and stand behind the rug, not a wholesale account at a warehouse. You get one point of contact, trade pricing, custom sizing when a standard dimension will not do, and careful white-glove delivery for projects in Houston and the nearby Texas cities we serve — with delivery elsewhere arranged to suit the piece and the destination.
Everything runs through a dedicated trade concierge who learns your projects and your taste, so each conversation starts further ahead than the last. Whether you are sourcing a single hero piece for a great room or specifying rugs across a whole residence, the program is designed to make hand-knotted rugs the easy, dependable choice on your schedule.

Trade Pricing, Direct from the Weavers
Trade partners buy at trade pricing — a dedicated trade discount off our retail pricing, applied across the collection. The deeper advantage is structural: because Arteverk is the weaver and curator, you are buying at the source rather than through the layers of markup a rug typically collects passing from workshop to importer to wholesaler to retailer before it reaches a designer. Fewer hands between the loom and your client means the value shows up in your margin and in the quality you can specify for the same budget.
We keep it honest and simple: no opaque tiers to decode, no pressure to hit volume thresholds before the terms make sense. You get the trade rate because you are a trade partner, and your concierge is transparent about what a piece is and what it costs so you can quote your client with confidence.
Custom Sizes & Sourcing
Rooms rarely match stock dimensions, and the best projects often need a rug that simply is not sitting on a shelf. We handle both.
- Custom sizes, including oversize. We can source and commission specific sizes to suit a room, including oversize and palace pieces at 12x15 and larger — the scale that open-plan great rooms and double-height spaces demand and that standard sizing cannot fill.
- One-to-one sourcing to a brief. Tell us the palette, the design language, the origin or the feeling you are after for a particular client project, and we will source to it — drawing on our own looms and our curated network rather than sending you to browse blindly.
- Specified, not settled for. Because we commission at origin, a custom request is a normal part of the work, not an exception we reluctantly accommodate.
A Dedicated Trade Concierge
Every trade partner works with a single, dedicated concierge — one point of contact who knows your projects, your clients and the way you like to work. Instead of restating context each time, you brief once and let the relationship compound.
The concierge builds you a curated edit from a client brief: give us the room, the palette, the budget and the mood, and you receive a considered short list of pieces worth your time rather than a catalogue to wade through. The curation is cost-blind by design — the edit is shaped around what genuinely suits the project, not around pushing whatever we most want to move — and your concierge schedules viewings and approvals around your project timeline, not ours.
White-Glove Delivery
Houston is our home and showroom, and we provide white-glove delivery in Houston and the nearby Texas cities we serve directly — including Austin, San Antonio and Dallas. Your client's rug arrives carefully handled and ready to place, not left folded in a box at the door. We do not offer nationwide white-glove delivery as standard — but for projects further afield, reach out and your concierge will arrange the best possible delivery for the piece and the destination. Local Houston clients are always welcome to view in person by appointment at our showroom at 1325 S Creek Dr, Suite 200.
Certificate of Authenticity & Honest Labelling
What you present to a client should be exactly what it is. Every hand-knotted rug can come with a certificate of authenticity, and we label every piece plainly by construction, origin and age. Hand-knotted is stated as hand-knotted; anything machine-made is called machine-made. For a designer, that honesty is practical: the spec you write into a proposal, and the story you tell your client, is one you can fully stand behind because it matches the rug on the floor.
We are weavers and curators, not resellers dressing up goods — so you get the true source and honest specs. We label every rug's construction, origin and age, which means what you present to a client is exactly what it is. If you are ever unsure what you are looking at, your concierge will tell you plainly rather than oversell it.
