Shipping Policy
Every Arteverk rug is inspected and prepared for shipping in our Houston facility before it ships. Because most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, each order is packed individually with care.
Processing time
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. One-of-a-kind and larger pieces may take an extra day or two for inspection, cleaning, and protective wrapping; we'll let you know if so.
Shipping rates & delivery
• Free standard shipping on every order within the United States
• Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–10 business days of dispatch.
• Smaller rugs and home goods ship via parcel carrier (UPS/FedEx Ground).
• Oversize and heavy rugs may ship by freight; for these we'll coordinate delivery timing with you directly.
We ship across the United States. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, email hello@arteverk.com and we'll prepare a shipping quote.
Local pickup — Houston showroom
Local to Houston? You're welcome to collect your rug from our showroom at 1325 S Creek Dr, Suite 200, Houston, TX 77084 at no shipping cost — and see it in natural light before you take it home. Choose local pickup at checkout, or email hello@arteverk.com to arrange a time.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If anything looks delayed or wrong, contact us at hello@arteverk.com and we'll make it right.
Damage in transit
Please inspect your rug on arrival. If it arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it promptly (see our Refund Policy)
