Changed your mind? That's alright.

You have 30 days from the day your rug arrives to start a return, and we cover the shipping back. Tell us which order and we'll take it from there.

• Find your order — your order number and the email you used at checkout.
• Tell us what happened — sometimes there is a better answer than sending it back.
• We arrange it — a prepaid label and instructions, once a person has looked.
